FAQ

Straight answers. Before you ask.

The offer

What is Strategic Concierge?

A boutique strategic operator practice for founder-led businesses. We decide what matters most, build it, put it to use and improve it, one Strategic Project at a time.

Who is it for?

Founders and senior operators of founder-led professional service businesses who are commercially fluent, accountable for results and short of time.

How does it start?

With a Discovery Call. If it is a fit, work begins with Foundation: one complete three-month programme.

Is Strategic Concierge an agency?

No. An agency sells execution. We bring judgement first: what to build and in what order. Then we build it and stay accountable for it working.

Do we need to replace our existing tools?

Not by default. We start from what the business already uses and only change what genuinely helps.

The Method

What is the Method?

Discover, Position, Build, Optimise, Grow. Judgement comes before execution, so the right thing is built in the right order.

What is a Strategic Project?

The unit of work. Programmes define duration; Strategic Projects define what is built. Every project makes the next one easier.

What happens in Foundation?

Month 1 Build takes the initial Foundation to launch-ready. Month 2 Iterate puts it into use and improves it from evidence. Month 3 Optimise learns and improves further.

Foundation and pricing

How is Foundation paid?

Foundation costs £2,500 total: £1,000 in Month 1, £750 in Month 2 and £750 in Month 3. The higher first payment reflects the front-loaded work required to take the initial Foundation to launch-ready.

What does Foundation include?

Build, Iterate and Optimise across one complete three-month programme. Launch-ready within four weeks. Used, tested and improved across three months. By the end, something has been built, launched, used and improved, not simply delivered and left behind.

What do you need from us?

You bring the commercial context, relevant access and timely decisions. We hold the work together and do the heavy lifting.

Graduation and Managed Capability

What’s the difference between Flagship and Concierge?

Both begin at Graduation, from month 4, at £999 a month. Flagship runs for 6 months (months 4–9) and focuses on embedding the capability in the business. Concierge runs for 12 months (months 4–15): the same first six months as Flagship, then six more focused on growth.

Are Flagship and Concierge fixed commitments?

Yes. Flagship is a fixed six-month commitment. Concierge is a fixed twelve-month commitment.

What happens when my programme ends?

You choose. Take it in-house: we hand over the capability, documentation, knowledge and transferable infrastructure and help your team understand how to operate it. Or stay with us on an ongoing Managed Capability contract, rolling monthly.

Will the price go up if it works?

No. No inflated implementation fee and no price increase because it worked.

Ownership

Who owns what’s built?

Your data, accumulated learning, documentation and transferable infrastructure stay with the business wherever technically and contractually possible.

Sectors

Which sectors do you work with?

Founder-led professional service businesses, including recruitment, accountancy and bookkeeping, property professional services and legal practices.

Is the Method different in each sector?

No. The Method stays the same. What changes is the problem we start with and what Foundation is asked to do first.

My sector isn’t listed. Can you still help?

Possibly. Book a Discovery Call and we will say plainly whether it is a fit.

Working together

What is a Discovery Call?

A short, direct conversation about what your business is trying to improve. It is not a sales presentation.

What happens after I submit the form?

We review your answers and offer suitable call times directly.

Is there a cost?

No. If it is a fit, work begins with Foundation.

Build what the business needs next.

Your first £1m is not one project. It comes from better priorities, stronger capabilities and progress that compounds. Let’s decide what deserves to be built first.
