Information we collect
When you complete the Discovery form we collect your name, business name, email address, website (if given) and the answers you provide about what you are trying to improve.
We also collect standard technical information generated when you visit the website, such as pages viewed and approximate location derived from your IP address.
Why we use it
To prepare for and hold a Discovery Call, to respond to your enquiry, and to keep a record of our commercial correspondence.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
How long we keep it
Enquiry information is retained for as long as necessary to respond and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Retention periods will be confirmed in the final published notice.
Your rights
You may request access to the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact details for exercising those rights will be published alongside the final notice.
