Commercial Strategy

What Foundation really buys

Foundation is not a trial. It is the three-month programme everything afterwards depends on.

Books and a cup on a desk beside an evening city view

Foundation is where every client begins, and it is deliberately a complete three-month programme rather than an assessment or a standalone build. You end it with something built, launched, used and improved, not a document describing what might be delivered.

Three things it establishes

  • Clarity: what the business should prioritise, and why, in commercial terms.
  • Something built: an independently valuable piece of work, instrumented from the start.
  • A sequence: the next highest-value work, in order.

Foundation runs for three months: Build, Iterate and Optimise. At Graduation you choose a programme, Flagship or Concierge, to keep building from there.
