Recruitment × Strategic Concierge
You know how to build other people’s teams. Let’s build the business behind yours.
Strategic Concierge helps founder-led recruitment businesses build the digital capability they need next, without making the founder the integration layer.
We take the initial Foundation from plan to launch-ready within four weeks, then put it to work and improve it from evidence across three months.
Make the business work as hard as the recruiter.
Built for founder-led recruitment
Your recruitment business grew.
So did the number of hats.
Founders of specialist recruitment businesses rarely spend their time doing only recruitment.
You’re winning clients. Finding candidates. Managing searches. Writing content. Updating the website. Thinking about LinkedIn. Choosing software. Managing the CRM. Looking at data. Trying to work out what’s actually generating business.
The problem isn’t that you need another collection of tools.
You need the capabilities around you to work properly.
Stay founder-led. Stop being founder-dependent.
See how managed capability worksStart with Foundation
Your website isn’t the product.
It’s the foundation.
A better recruitment website matters. But the real opportunity is what the business can do once the right foundation is underneath it.
Foundation brings together the positioning, journeys, systems and measurement we need before we start trying to grow them.
01
Positioning
Make it immediately clear who you recruit for, what you understand and why a client or candidate should choose you.
02
Website
Create a digital presence that reflects the quality and specialism of the recruitment business behind it.
03
Client + candidate journeys
Build deliberate routes for the two audiences every recruitment business needs to serve.
04
Visibility
Establish the search, SEO and emerging AI-discovery foundations around your markets, roles and expertise.
05
Content
Turn what the founder already knows into useful, discoverable material rather than another content treadmill.
06
Data + systems
Connect analytics, CRM and behavioural information so the business can start learning from what people actually do.
Foundation isn’t a website package.
It’s the work required to give the business a digital foundation we can actually build on.
Launch-ready within four weeks. Used, tested and improved across three months.
You bring the commercial context, relevant access and timely decisions. We hold the work together and do the heavy lifting.

Managed Capability
Ongoing managed capability, continuous improvement and strategic support.
Ongoing
More capability. Same founder.
Explore the Concierge FrameworkA different model
Build capability.
Not dependency.
Recruitment founders already know the problem with fragmented suppliers.
One company owns the website. Someone else understands the SEO. Another tool contains the content. The CRM sits somewhere else. Analytics produces another dashboard.
And the founder is left joining everything together.
Strategic Concierge is designed differently.
Your data, accumulated learning, documentation and transferable infrastructure stay with the business wherever technically and contractually possible.
Technology provides the leverage. Your Concierge provides the judgement.
Found-U × Strategic Concierge
From a new website to a working part of the recruitment business.
Found-U is a founder-led specialist recruitment business working with growing SMEs across Finance, Accounting and supporting functions.
The challenge wasn’t simply to make the website look better.
It was to create a digital foundation that better reflected how Dominic and Found-U actually recruit: specialist, personal and accountable, and give the business something we could continue to build on after launch.
Then it went live.
Day 0
New Found-U website goes live
Day 1
A role arrives from an existing client
Dominic receives a new requirement during a meeting with an existing client.
Day 2
A candidate gets in touch
The second candidate to approach Found-U seeking a new placement after the website launch makes contact. Their CV closely matches the requirement Dominic received the previous day.
Match
The candidate makes the shortlist
Dominic matches the candidate to the role and includes them in the shortlist presented to his client.
Day 7
Candidate offered the role
Website launch to its first candidate-to-client placement:
7 days
The client relationship already existed. The vacancy had arrived independently the day before.
What the new digital foundation did was bring the right candidate into Found-U’s world at almost exactly the right moment.
Dominic’s recruitment expertise did the rest.
I was recommended Chris by a colleague of mine of fifteen years, who spoke incredibly highly of him as a website development consultant. From the moment we met, I warmed to him instantly. He’s engaging, easy to talk to, and genuinely listened to what I needed from my new website build.
What struck me most was the level of service. Chris took the time to really understand me and my business, and it showed in the final product, which turned out better than anything I could have imagined.
I’d strongly recommend Chris for any technology integration or website build. He brings a rare combination of skill, ambition, and genuine value for money.
That’s what we mean by building capability.
The website wasn’t simply something to look at. It had become part of how the recruitment business worked.
Questions
Questions, answered
Do you only work with recruitment agencies?
No, but founder-led recruitment businesses are a natural fit: commercial pressure is high and the gap between activity and results is visible.
Is this a recruitment CRM or job board?
No. We decide what the business needs most, then build, launch and improve it with you.
How is Foundation paid?
Foundation costs £2,500 total: £1,000 in Month 1, £750 in Month 2 and £750 in Month 3. The higher first payment reflects the front-loaded work required to take the initial Foundation to launch-ready.
Who owns what’s built?
Your data, accumulated learning, documentation and transferable infrastructure stay with the business wherever technically and contractually possible.
Build what’s next
You’re already good at recruitment.
Let’s build the business around it.
We’ll start by understanding where the business is today, what is getting in the founder’s way and which capability would make the biggest difference next.
